Meranti BS1088

Crafted from Meranti hardwood veneers, Meranti BS1088 is ideal for marine, joinery, and lining applications due to its durability and strength.

The rotary-cut face veneers showcase an attractive grain pattern, perfect for clear coat or stained finishes. The colour of the panels can ranges from pale pink to darker brown. Meranti BS1088 meets the British Standard Marine Grade Plywood (BS1088).

Note: Marine plywoods are non-treated and do not come with a finished coating. Good boatbuilding practices involve thorough sealing with preservative compounds, paints, or resins.
